Terms of Service — Radha Naam Jaap

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Radha Naam Jaap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Effective Date" above when changes are made.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account by signing in with a valid Google account or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sign-in process. You must not impersonate another person or use a false identity.

2.3 Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Abuse, manipulate, or exploit the leaderboard system (e.g., using bots, automated scripts, or artificial inflation of chanting counts).
Abuse or exploit the referral code system (e.g., creating fake accounts to generate referrals, self-referrals).
Engage in any activity that disrupts the App's services, infrastructure, or other users' experience.
Violate any provision of these Terms.

Suspended or terminated users may lose access to their account data, including Radha Coins and unlocked content.

3. Virtual Currency — "Radha Coins"

3.1 Earning Radha Coins

Radha Coins are a virtual currency earned exclusively through in-app activities, including but not limited to:

Completing daily chanting sessions (Jaap/Mala).
Maintaining and extending chanting streaks.
Using and sharing valid referral codes.
Completing Sankalpa (spiritual goals).

3.2 Using Radha Coins

Radha Coins may be used exclusively within the App to unlock digital content in the Divine Store, including sacred wallpapers, ringtones, and app themes.

3.3 No Real-World Value

Important Disclaimer

Radha Coins have absolutely NO real-world monetary value.
Radha Coins cannot be exchanged, traded, transferred, or converted into real currency, cryptocurrency, or any other form of monetary value.
Radha Coins are not a financial instrument, security, commodity, or any form of investment.
Radha Coins cannot be purchased with real money. They are earned solely through in-app activity.
We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove Radha Coin balances at our discretion, including in cases of detected abuse or upon account deletion.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, including the leaderboard and any community or social features, you agree to:

Use the App respectfully and in a manner consistent with its spiritual purpose.
Not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, or any form of offensive behavior toward other users.
Not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to inflate your chanting counts, leaderboard ranking, or Radha Coin balance.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the App's source code, security features, or backend infrastructure.
Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. If you discover one, please report it responsibly to us.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, trademarks, and code within Radha Naam Jaap are the exclusive property of the App's developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without explicit written permission.

6. Digital Content & Store

Wallpapers, ringtones, themes, and other digital items unlocked through the Divine Store are licensed to you for personal use only. You do not own these digital assets; you are granted a limited license to access and use them within the App.

We may add, remove, or modify content in the Divine Store at any time without prior notice.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings → Delete Account within the App. Upon deletion:

All your personal data, chanting history, streaks, Sankalpa, Radha Coins, and unlocked store content will be permanently deleted.
Your leaderboard rankings and referral data will be removed.
This action is irreversible after the grace period described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Radha Naam Jaap is designed for spiritual tracking and personal devotional purposes only. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers, owners, or operators of Radha Naam Jaap be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of data, chanting progress, streaks, Radha Coins, or unlocked content.
Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Service interruptions, bugs, or technical errors.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and delete your account.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Supabase (backend infrastructure). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of any third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
